The accident took place near Reavis Barracks when a 2016 Kia Optima, driven by 22-year-old Dustin L. Repp-Cousins, collided with the rear of a 2022 Chevrolet Traverse, driven by 59-year-old Eldonna L. Kent.

Kent, the driver of the Chevrolet, sustained moderate injuries and was transported by the Affton Fire Protection District to Mercy Hospital – South. Both vehicles were towed from the scene due to damage.
