Mannford, OK (September 7, 2024) – A crash on OK-48 near Cramer Rd resulted in the death of Adam Stephenson, 37. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) confirmed that the collision occurred at 8:34 p.m, Saturday, September 7. Stephenson’s passenger, Jeremiah Mitchell, 43, sustained internal injuries and was transported to a Tulsa hospital.

The other vehicle, driven by Tara Myrter, 47, had four juvenile passengers. Three suffered minor injuries to the knee, hand, and head, while one was unhurt. OHP is currently investigating the incident, which involved road aid.
