Grand Junction, CO – Pedestrian Killed in Crash at 12th St & North Ave

Grand Junction, CO (September 3, 2024) – A pedestrian was killed in a collision at 12th St and North Ave on Monday night, September 1. The Grand Junction Police Department and Fire Department responded to the scene around 9:35 p.m. 

vehicle travelling eastbound on North Ave struck the pedestrian. Despite life-saving efforts, the pedestrian died at the scene. The Mesa County Coroner’s Office will release the victim’s identity after notifications are complete. 

The crash remains under investigation, and no further details are available at this time.
