Indianapolis, IN (September 2, 2024) – A motorcyclist sustained critical injuries in a hit-and-run incident Sunday morning on Indy’s west side. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department reported the crash occurred around 2 a.m. in the 2600 block of Lynhurst Dr.

Officers found an adult male in the intersection upon arrival. Paramedics transported him to a nearby hospital, where he remains in critical condition. Police stated a white SUV struck the man while he was riding a mini motorcycle. The driver of the SUV fled the scene immediately after the accident.
