El Cajon, CA (September 1, 2024) – A pedestrian was injured in a hit-and-run incident Saturday morning at the intersection of Jamacha Rd and Brabham St. The accident occurred around 11:05 AM when a gold Toyota Camry struck the pedestrian and then fled northbound on Jamacha Rd. Central Fire Department quickly responded, and emergency medical personnel attended to the victim.
