The crash took place around 2:55 p.m. on Highway 30 near Watonwan County Rd 5. The Oldsmobile was driven by 39-year-old Tawnia Jacob, who was unharmed. The motorcycle, operated by 61-year-old Ronald Willard, sustained injuries that were not life-threatening.

His passenger, 68-year-old Leslie Makovski, suffered life-threatening injuries. Both were transported to Saint James Hospital. The investigation into the accident continues, with authorities reviewing the details of the crash.
